Do something Joe!
It's been almost a week since the offensive outburst of Opening Day, and the team that played that game appears to have been lost at sea. Since then, the Yankees have scored a total of 8 runs and have left 22 men on base, 10 of which were in scoring position with 2 outs. I don't even want to look up what their BA with RISP is over the last 3 games for fear of giving myself an ulcer.

Joe Torre is notorious for picking a lineup and sticking to it, but at least he did flip-flop Cano and Bernie last night. It's time for serious tinkering however. The Brewers have used 4 different lineups this year (plus a 5th today) and guess what, they're 4-0.

Don't you think it's time to move Matsui (.438 BA) up a spot or two?

Is Sheff really worthy of being the number 3 hitter right now? Not really, he's left 11 men on base over the last 3 games. He should be hitting 5th, and too friggin back if (when) it hurts his feelings. Last year A-Rod got demoted to the 5th spot for a while and look what happened to him - he turned back into an MVP.

Torre needs to get something going, because he won't be able to hear himself think over the boo's when they get back to Bronx if they keep this up.
